Requirements:
Strong Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition implementation expertise.
Experience as an OBIEE Architect.
Strong Knowledge of various OBIEE Analytics/Applications (Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, etc.).
Strong skills in Requirement Study, Gap Analysis, Scope Definition, Recommendations to Business Process Improvements, Development of Procedures, Forms & Documentation, Effort Estimation, Project Tracking, User acceptance testing and Change Control Management.
Extensive experience creating KPIs and dashboards.
Ability to design and develop necessary metadata/logical data models.
Excellent spoken and written communications.
Ability to write technical and/or business documents and recommendations.
4 full lifecycle Oracle BI Enterprise Edition.
Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica is a plus
Ability to act in a sales consultant role to provide work estimates, project plans, as well as software demos.

Oracle Data Warehousing Developer Requirements:
4 years experience designing, implementing and maintaining large Oracle data warehouse solutions
Strong working knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB), Oracle Reports and Oracle Discoverer reporting and developer tools, in addition to a strong working knowledge of PL/SQL
Deep Business Intelligence and reporting experience (Data Modeling, schema and star schema development, process flow analysis, data flow analysis, etc)
Ability to perform the analysis, modeling, and design of the new OLTP systems.
Strong Oracle DBA skills (including performance tuning, monitoring, HA, replication, partitioning, scalability, back-up, and recovery)

ETL Technical Architect Requirements:
Three years of relevant ETL tool experience with leading ETL tools such as Informatica, DecisionStream and Ascential (DataStage)
Three years ETL development and architecture experience in the design and deployment of full lifecycle data warehouses
Experience building data structures for analytical purposes use by an OLAP tool such as: Brio, Cognos, and MicroStrategy
Strong data modeling skills (E/R and Star) and experience developing ETL standards and architecture
Experience developing mappings and workflows as well as PL/SQL code to support data integration
Strong UNIX navigation and development skills with Oracle, DB/2, and SQL Server
Ability to perform QA functions for the ETL application, including ensuring that system and integration test plans are developed and executed
